New Client Call
If you have never worked with us before, we kindly request that new clients schedule a phone interview prior to booking. This allows us to gather important information about your child and match them with the best tutor for their academic needs.

Intake Form
New and existing clients are asked to fill out an intake form when enrolling for summer, a new school year, or if there are any updates to contact or academic information. This allows us to update our records so that we can better serve you and your child.

Within the intake form you will be able to review and sign our cancelation policy as well as general tutoring session information.

Step
Book Your Sessions
We offer three ways to book tutoring sessions:

1. Book online
2. Send your requested dates/times via email.
3. Give us a call and we can book your sessions over the phone.

Once you have booked your sessions, please pay your enrollment fee of $60 through Zelle or PayPal using the our email: C.Loter@outlook.com.

*PayPal payments should be made via Friends/Family to avoid fees.
